I helped write the IICRC S520 mold remediation standard that every company in Nevada is required to follow. I spent six years on the S520 Consensus Body, and the 4th Edition came out in 2024 with my name on it. In all of Southern Nevada, three people hold a Master Certified Flood Expert designation.
